Shipping Information
Every piece in the Sonoran Art collection is made to order. When you place an order, your canvas is printed, stretched, quality-inspected, and packaged specifically for you by Centric Photo, our professional print partner in Tucson, Arizona.
Production and Delivery Timeline
Production takes 2–3 business days. Shipping typically adds 1–7 business days, depending on your location. You can generally expect your order to arrive within 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.
Deliveries to the West Coast tend to arrive at the faster end of that window. Remote or rural addresses may require an additional day or two for transit. We recommend placing holiday orders early, as production and shipping times may extend during peak seasons.

How Your Order Is Packaged
Canvas prints ship with poly bag protection, a corrugated face pad, and a padded outer box. Every carton is sealed and marked Fragile to ensure careful handling throughout transit.
Tracking Your Order
A shipment confirmation with tracking information will be sent to your email once your order leaves our fulfillment facility. A delivery confirmation follows when your package arrives. All tracking links update in real time.
Oversized Prints
Prints larger than 47″ x 60″ require freight shipping and cannot be processed through standard checkout. Contact us at assistance@sonoranart.ai before ordering to arrange freight and receive a quote.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at assistance@sonoranart.ai right away. Include photos of the outer box, the interior packaging, and the print itself, and we will prioritize a replacement at no charge.
If your tracking information shows your package stalled or delayed, reach out, and we will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to resolve it quickly.
Order Notes
Because every piece is made to order, production begins immediately after purchase. Orders cannot be modified once production has started. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — corrections after a shipment has left our facility may carry additional carrier fees.
